excellent colourreceived my colour excellent value for money colour is lovely. However I did find that the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling slimmy and once dry crispy. From golden brown to a brassy copper colorMy hair is a brassy cooper color now. My complaint is a sent questions asking for help in how to fix it since I had an event to go to. Perfect matchI bought my custom color to cover a few grays in my roots. The color just match perfectly my natural color and for now has no red at all. I enjoyed the process but the mess came when I used the classic conditioner; it left my hair so sticky they wouldn’t dry, so I had to wash my hair again and once more after that. Great KitI love that everything you need is in one box to color your hair. However, this is the first time using the system and results were OK It did not cover my gray, or completely cover my highlights. Not covering all of the highlights were OK with me, but was hoping it would cover the gray. I will admit to not leaving it on for the whole processing time.
