what a disappointmentthe last shipment was complete disappointment. Salon has decided for me that roots will be enough, and sent only one colour, so I got brown instead of the red tone. I learned to mix both (root & ends) tones together to get the right tone, and now I have just brown. I can understand you do not want to send 2 bottles (though i assumed that was your offer), i am fine with that. but i find it unacceptable to decide for me what colour my hair should be, particularly because it is not what i was looking for.
