Love the color, hate the smell...I love the color and the price, but the smell of the formula is really overwhelming... and it’s super hard to wash out of my mid-back-length hair. Love my colorHowever the bottles was closed so tight I could not get them open with my hands . I had pry open the bottles with a steak knife to get open which could of been dangerous. love the colorI love the color but I had an awful time trying to get the cap off of the color bottle. My daughter couldn't get it off either. We ended up having to poke a hole in the bottle with a paring knife, which the tip broke off of. Is there a way not to tighten them so tight??? 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Omg!!!The first color I got scared me it was way too orange for my tastes. I called them up they listened and took notes they sent me out a new color (with violet undertones) and I put it on and I’m in love! Thanks for listening and for the red!
