Not at all what I asked forI adjusted my color and asked for the reddest of reds. My hair is mouse brown. I have had good luck with previous colors but it's always just a hair off (no pun intended). The more I have tried to adjust, the less my desired color is. At this point I would go nearly black just to make it simple, but that's not even an option. I may try some of the other services elsewhere because it's been a constant struggle to get it right. Beyond that, the products are good. Great product and easy to useMy only complaint and it's really only a small thing is to have the root and end bottles labelled so that they don't get mixed up. Once I mixed them and used them I put both bottles down and when it came to the end to place the rest of the bottle on my hair I couldn't remember which was which. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
