Custom Hair ColorI consider this company has poor service. I requested a change as advertised Response was given as if change was made. No product was sent until next scheduled shipment and it was not changed. I have stopped shipment of this product due to disappointment in false advertising. Review of Complaint--Do not sent a replacement at proper time and did not "customize" hair color with "personal colorist". DO NOT USE this Service--better off buying from store and saving money! Disappointed!!!!When I change my color for this order, I wanted my hair blonde, lightest blonde I could get. Love the color but ...I love the color that I originally get from this product but it doesn't last long. I'm about 85% grey so it's hard for my hair to retain any color products. Like many other hair coloring products of various brands, I see tones of my color in the drain every time my hair gets wet. Not the right colourThe dye, at first, would not wash out and made my hair feel horrible. After washing my hair a few times it felt better but the colour looks the same as my natural hair colour (I ordered medium copper golden and my hair is light brown) and it is not even slightly redder, it is just duller. Really interesting hair colourI am really glad with your offer.My hair has an interesting colour- between light brown and mohagony---just in the middle...I am tempted to ask for adding a little more mohagony in the future...but I will let you know when I am decided.
