Strawberry BlondeI was looking forward to using this service. However, I paid for one product the color wasn't what it was expected to be. I was sent a free product and another free product. I sent pictures and was asked to contact them. I did, and was told they couldn't get my color. I'd have to go to a colorist and have it adjusted before they could assist any further. Please cancel orderI like the color but not the process results. While putting it on everything it touches is stained. And for at least two weeks after it stains my hands and nails. color washed out around front of my face and sides after 2nd shampoosorry but I tried your product and it works the same way when I buy in the department store, not your fault. I must have gray hair that cannot hold color! Was just wishing your product would really work for me. So happy!!I can't believe how exact my hair color was. I have had gray hair since my 20s (now in my mid-40s) and this covered my roots beautifully. This is saving me so much money! Wow!I loved the whole process of the esalon.com! From having a specialist email me and having everything shiped to me in a cute box and my name on everything. The color i picked is amazing and my husband loves the price and the process. I will keep being a member bc its affordable and so much better than the store bought kits. Well worth it!
