the color I received was perfect, exactly what i wanted. Very Happy with the result, the instructions were easy to follow the only thing is it did not cover all the grey completely (which there are not that many) so no biggie. One of the bottles was unscrewed and the contents were all over the box, I called and they immediately resolve the issue.

I like the natural color, it's still coming out a little brassy/reddish though, and I would prefer to have a more Ashy blonde hue. Thanks!

Darker roots

I wish my root color had been a little darker. I have the most gray at my roots in front and it is a little too light compared to the rest of my hair color.

As much as I loved this product, I will not be able to order it in the future. When I read the ingredients, I must have only read the ingredients for the shampoo and conditioner. The dye, itself, has soy protein in it and I am allergic to soy. I had a terrible reaction from that, which lasted for days. But, the color and the other products were great.

I love the product. I'm going to get one shade lighter next time this is just a bit too dark for me.
