My 2nd box looks perfect!I loved this system since my first box but the color turned out more red than I wanted. So I sent my colorist a note and she tweaked me a new box which turned out exactly how I wanted it with more violet hues. Also she gave me my second box free! Overall I love eSalon. No issues at allThe biggest thing I was hoping for was something that lasted a bit longer than my normal 2 weeks. I am 3 weeks out now and just starting to show root, but nothing that makes me hate to leave the house. While the smell was a bit stronger than what I normally buy, it have bought product that was just as strong. It didn't make my hair feel any different than it normally does. i loved the colorgreat color but didn't last long and faded a little to quick. I know reds tend to fade quicker and I was swimming shortly after coloring so that may have something to do with it. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Nice productI liked the product but it was a little bit too dark and it seems like there are reddish highlights, which I don't care for. great product and servicethis was my first time ordering from esalon. i didnt think my experience would be as good as it was. when i took their color recommendation survey. i wasnt thrilled about the color it had chosen for me. i decided to upload a picture and added a few comments of the sort of color i was looking for. i did not expect anything to come of it but to my surprise someone actually contacted me. i couldn't believe it, they had said after reviewing my profile they thought the color selected would be too dark and asked if they could adjust the color to be more flattering to my skin tone. i agreed and was super nervous. i took the plunge and colored my hair according to the directions i was sent with the product. my "stylist" did a fantastic job with the color choice. it was perfect. looking forward to my next shipment! 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
