Too expensive & not on timeI have cancelled my pre shipment order almost a month now and would no longer like to receive any more of your products. Then I received an email from you that a shipment will be shipped the end on Nov 30...Please cancel this delivery or shipment as soon as you can....thank you. Slightly too darkWhen you say not to recolor any areas so it won't be darker, well it has been over a year since I overall colored it. I also went a shade lighter but it won't be until I do root color every 6 weeks the rest of the year that it will actually get to the shade that I like. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Recent colorAs always, I think the quality of your product is very good! I know I emailed about wanting the color to last longer for stubborn gray roots but I did like the original overall color. I think the color this time was "too brown" and not the same golden hues it had before. I can only image how difficult it is to get these requests on point from a photo or an email request! Maybe for the next order we can revisit my original color profile. I have shorter hair now and there is way too much product! I divided the contents evenly into a plastic "comb" bottle and stashed away the remainder for the second usage. I have done this every time actually. First Haircolor ExperienceI was nervous about coloring my hair for the first time. My hair is straight, soft textured, and quite difficult to keep up in clips. In spite of my inexperience, the color turned out quite nice.
