I love how easy to is to apply but gray coverage could be better I leave it on a little longer but still have Gray hairs that don't take

It was too reddish, but on a positive note, no one noticed it except my husband so it must have looked close to natural! Very easy to understand the directions and apply. It was fun, just not ready for another yet!

I really liked the color. However, it didn't cover all of my highlights. I have a few spots sporadically throughout that the color didn't really take. I am going to try again and see if it covers my blonde highlights more!

I liked the color this time, but not as much as last time. Not sure why, though. It really is a good match for my skintone and seems to stay longer than the store-bought versions.

I like the convenience of it, but it is too much product for my hair. My hair is very fine and short. I only used a half bottle, therefore it's a waste. Otherwise I like the color made for me.

The color was good but still had a few gray that didn't get covered and contacted esalon and they will adjust with my next order.

I would just like more purple in the mix. I also have to put topical medicine in my scalp for psoriasis and I think it hurts the color as well.
