Quality product color is a good match. It doesn't cover my grey as good as getting it done professionally in the salon and it's more drying so I've added protein hair care products to my line up. As far as the grey coverage I'm not sure what to do still contemplating thus the 4 stars

Love my custom hair color kit

I love the color kit I get. The only thing that is difficult is washing it out. Sometimes it feels very thick on my scalp. The results are great so worth the extra washing effort.

The color produced by eSalon is as good - if not better - than I have received from a couple local salons/stylists. The bad part is it doesn't come with a hair cut every couple of months!

Good shade. After 4 weeks got a few grey hairs round my forehead but apart from that all good.

The hair color was a little darker than I wanted but it lasted longer than they say it will, I had to extend my delivery date from 10 weeks to 12 weeks because there wasn't any grey after 10.

Quality hair color and easy to use. Just wish it came with color enhancer every time. Like it did the 1st time. Without the extra charge.
