I love this product!This is a great way to do your hair at home and get great results. Everything you need comes together in a neat box. Custom color, gloves, applicators, everything. I loved my color. As I am coming due for a color treatment, I may have them change it a bit for summer. That is another perk of this product, no messy measuring. All you do is mix 2 bottles of liquid. It costs a bit more than Sally's, but much less than a salon with salon results. My hair color savior :)I had my hair so horribly done with the previous color (store bought) I thought I needed to go and spend a few $$$ to get it fix, but my hair is back to being beautiful and shiny and even! Hair color that left my hair dryI have never had a hair color tangle my hair and make it so dry that I was forced to get it deep conditioned. The product arrived on time and after I followed the directions to a tee the entire back of my hair is red at the scalp and black on the top. Lucky for me I can cover it up because of the length of my hair. It took both bottles to cover my entire head. It took me an hour to get my hair rinsed and shampoo didn't work. My hair was left with a dry feeling, no shine, my husband complained of the smell. I will be going back to Sally's Beauty Supply next time for hair color.
