Didn't work for meThe delivery and application process went great. However the medium blonde pearl was too gold for me. After a few weeks, my hair became brassy, and despite using the shampoo and conditioner I purchased, my hair became dry and brittle, though I kept washing to a minimum. Color okay; formula - not so muchWhile the color is a bit darker than I expected, I like the gray coverage and the overall tone. However, the fumes from the product when I started to rinse were awful! My eyes and throat burned and I began hyperventilating. I had to open up the bathroom to fresh air. My hair feels GREAT!I have been using a salon product for years - which I loved. However my hair had gotten very coarse and dry so I decided I just had to try something else. Beautiful coverageThe color covered everything with no fading! At the salon, my color always fades off of the gray within a few weeks. Gray Gone!!!!I was very afraid to color my natural hair because I have not used any chemicals on my hair in 9 years. I saw eSalon & purchased it. It was easy to order & my color arrived very quickly. When I opened the box I just looked in it & while I thought the presentation was nice I just couldn't go through with it. I started thinking what if it's to harsh for my hair? What if I don't like the color? So it sat in on my kitchen counter in the box for about 3 weeks before I finally took the plunge & colored my hair. Man oh man I love it!! I had only 1 problem the shampoo & conditioner pack was too small for my huge head of hair.
