Very UpsetI requested a change from permanent to demi permanent with no change to my color. My box arrived and said the same color name so I didn’t think anything about it. After using I was in shock with what results I got. I went back and looked closer at my formula and it was completely changed. Not the outcome I expected.Left my hair reddish I even left the color on longer as it takes longer for my hair to pick up color. Used toner and it only took out the brassiness but not the red overtones. Trying to D/C future product and it only allows me to postpone on stop all future orders.
