Happy with the color and how soft it left my hair!I colored my hair with this product for the first time yesterday. I like the color and the product. The subsequent shampoo/conditioner left my hair very soft. It did cover most of my gray, but there are a few stubborn spots around my hairline that the dye did not affect. I know these places are hard to cover so I put generous amounts of the dye on them. Not the right shadeI can tell that the products are high quality and it felt great on my hair but when I washed out the product the color was much darker than I had hoped. There was no dimension to it or even a hint of the 'mahogany' that the color stated - it might have been better called 'darkest black'. Some of my hair has been colored before but even in the roots it was much too dark.
