Color change not achievedI reordered the same color as previous order, but included instruction to the colorist to make the color a little darker. Store brand colorThis was a color that I could get at Any retail store. I was hoping for a prettier custom color that wasn't a just out of a box shade. This was very disappointing. Excellent ProductThis hair product is so much better than what you purchase in the store, and much better for your hair. You also have your very own personal hair colorist that will either mix the hair coloring to your preference, or if you like, she will come up with one for you. Either way it is your choice. This is so nice to have and I love it, I feel like I'm at the salon and I'm dealing with someone right there.
