Too Bright and not at all a nice colourI was expecting a Dark Brown with a Mahogany undertone - Images provided of existing colour to aid as requested with the explanation/request. I used following the instructions provided, but the end result was a harsh and bright red that didn't suit me or look appealing (having been red before this was simply not a nice red). I've had no issue with colour previously from here, was always very happy with the results. Maybe someone miscalculated or formulated on this occasion, as looking more in-depth at the formulation details online it mentions lighter...not at all what I asked about, as I'm naturally on the darker side with my hair and wanted to stay closer to that. I did immediately contact to query and raise the issue, no response as of yet which is disappointing. Keine Grauabdeckung, Menge nicht ausreichendDie Menge der Farbe reicht leider überhaupt nicht aus für etwas längeres Haar (schulterlang!) . Zudem ist die Coloration ziemlich dunkel und nicht natürlich und deckt leider auch die kleinen grauen Häärchen nicht ab. Ich habe mehrfach mitgeteilt dass ich nicht zufrieden bin und dennoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten, stattdessen wurden die Beträge fleißig weiter abgebucht! Von Garantie und Professionalität keine Spur 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
