TerribleThis was my second order, first one was totally fine, covered my grays perfectly, no issues, this order was horrendous. Little to no grey coverage, the color looks atrocious, I’m just counting down the days til I can go get this color corrected I have no idea what happened between first and second order but this quality on the second order is so bad. Darkened my hairI asked to maintain my copper colour. I received the kit and trusted esalon in the choice as I show on an image what colour I had and which I wanted. It made my hair brown while it has a intense orangy golden copper.
