I ordered the same hair color as last time and this was not it!I'm not sure what happened here but the reason that I absolutely LOVED the first order I received from eSalon was that it had a separate dye application for the roots and the rest of my hair which made it incredibly consistent in color as well as shiny. The best dye job I've had non-professionally and better than many I received in salons. When I re-signed up for this delivery, I assumed that I would receive the same product but no, I got one bottle of dye for both roots and the rest and it did not work the way that I wanted it to. I'm hoping that for my next delivery this issue will be rectified but I don't know how to customize such an order. I thought the whole point of this was customized color so I don't understand why things were changed on me on my second order when I didn't ask for it... 24 sur 24 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. like color but ends still an issueI've been disappointed that even thought this color is nice... my ends have yet again continued to fade back into a light reddish orange after this color that was a full color kit has faded. The reddish orange ends has become something that's hard to keep away ever since I started the red mahogany earlier last year. Love itResults just as good as salon and the directions are easy to follow. My first use I was a little hesitant but I did not follow the directions exactly, my color was darker than expected as well. I reached out to my colorist and she immediately responded and updated my color as requested and reminded me to follow the directions for root touch up, which I did on my next application and I was in love with the results. Not only does it cover my grey but my hair feels so soft, my hair lady is even impressed.
