did not cover grays and washed out after a couple weeksEven after following the directions for hard to cover grays, the color seems to wash out after just a week or two leaving not just new growth, but grays that appear to have never taken the color. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Turned hair blackThe color I just received is not the the same color I had last time.. I had about 2” grow out and the roots are black. It looks awful. I am not ordering from eSalon again. STYLISTS DO AS THEY PLEASE!!!Stylist did not listen to my request. I told her I did NOT want the dark blonde instead I wanted something else. I asked if I could get the color, I wanted she said absolutely and still mailed me dark blonde?!? I used the color, and it is HIDEOUS! I cannot afford the $300+ my salon wants to do a color correct so here I sit with supposed dark blonde hair that looks GREEN! I emailed about my concern after coloring and no response was received, seems the company is only interested in responding to you if you are praising them! I saw my next shipment with the same HIDEOUS dark blonde color was due to be sent out so i cancelled it and need to now figure out how to cancel the whole subscription! 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
