Color disasterI informed eSalon about how my hair reacts to any reds in the formula. They didn’t listen. Nor did they respond when I reached out about the tangerine, strawberry and bright red that became my “professional color”. After crying for days I am ready to venture out and have it redone. Outstanding Performance, same quality as any Salon!!I had some gray hairs coming in and I desperately needed to get my hair colored. At first, I was very hesitant, but after I finally decided to go for it, I must say that I am a "lifer" for sure! COPPER MAHOGHANY IS MY COLOR!Loved the Copper Mahoghany you formulated this month. It is perfect! I've been trying to get this color for myself since I started coloring my hair some 60 years ago.
