the packaging sold meI honestly think everything was so simple, the instruction were easy to follow But I lost the color on the 5th wash... and also I wanted the color to be lighter so maybe the color match is not that accurate 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Love the colour but don't like the wastage.I have fairly short and fine hair. At least half of the product needed to be thrown away once mixed, as there was too much for my hair. Also I was colouring roots only. Next time I will try to save half of each, to mix for another time. Obviously this is going to save money. Poor customer serviceReally Unimpressed with customer service Ordered hair colour well over a week ago and it didn’t get despatched. Decided to go to hairdresser instead and tried to cancel the order as it says you can by phoning. Phone was not answered so repeatedly emailed and filled out contact form. Those were also not answered so now they have sent the colour very late which I no longer need and I have wasted over £40.
