Beautiful Hair ColorThe color came out beautiful on most of my hair, but unfortunately, did not cover my roots which are very color resistant. Spoke to a representative on the phone who said colorist would attempt to remedy the situation. MehhhhThe color came out orangey, brassy, I'm not happy. Not sure what happened. My roots were gray, I supplied 2 pictures of my current color, and so I don't know why roots would turn out this way. I had to purchase another color product at Pharmacy to somewhat correct. I don't feel this is personalized at all, They just take information from the questions, but the questions were too general, they need deeper dive into a person's color situation to be "personalized" More question on the roots.
