ScepticWith so many new products coming out all the time you just don't know what's good, what will really work or what's worth the money. I'm SO GLAD I tried eSalon. It is the only product I've ever used, including salon coloring, that has fully colored my hard to color grey. It's the only product I've ever used that two days later those hard to color grey's aren't already back. Not only is the color amazing but the shampoo and conditioner that are included in the kit are light weight and smell AMAZING! Finally found a product that really works. Best at home hair color and service, ever!I LOVE my new hair color and the personalized service I received was excellent. I've finally found the shade of red I've been looking for. One of the best things about this hair color is that it doesn't leave a chemical smell to your hair after dying it. I always hated that smell from other at home dyes. It also evenly covered the small patch of gray hairs I had starting to come in, yay! Other dyes would end up leaving those hairs an almost pink shade instead of dying them the same as the rest of my hair. I love that it came with such helpful tips such as using the any of the left over dye in the shower before you rinse. The fact that it came with stain guard and stain remover is a huge bonus, I always make a mess. So happy with the product and service! Definitely a happy customer! Wasn't the right colorThe color did not come out how I wanted. I was looking for a more auburn color and what I got was a medium brown. The box came with 2 hair colors and I followed the instructions, but still not happy with the color. 1st time this has happened.
