ESalon, helped me tremendously, I tried a new color and it was not as it showed on the box. So I looked on line for help in resolving my "Red hair" I answered some questions and eSalon was able to make a mix solution to fix the my boxed color from the local store and it turned out perfect and the color I wanted.

Great advice and instructions. First time I’ve tried the application with a brush , practice makes perfect . I will definitely be buying again. Colourists advice was very helpful , friendly staff on the phone .

Habe meine mehr als schulterlangen Haare mit meiner Farbe Mittelblond behandelt. Bin sehr positiv ueberrascht vom natuerlichen Farbton. Auch die ersten Grauen sind nicht mehr zu sehen. Da ich ohne Amoniak bestellt hatte, wirken die Haare nicht gestresst und ausgetrocknet. Ich bleibe dabei
