Best at home color hands down.I sent pictures of my current color with pretty deep roots and picked a color I thought would work to match my natural color. I also stated that I was open to suggestions if they thought I should use a different color. Luckily they were actually reviewing my pictures & assessing my goal- they said what I picked was too dark and sent something else. I’m SO glad they did!! What my colorist picked was perfect!!! New ReviewI recently gave 2 stars as I wasn't happy with the product. ESalon reached out and fixed my hair colour. It was much better and I wasn't charged custom fee. Didn’t cover my grayI filled out comments said that I wanted to cover my grays. I said I had black hair. I was sent soft black and it was brown basically so my gray was still there.
