Totally des appointedI order my color the first time brown and ink why they send me supposebly the same color it came to dark like black a send a message and thes give me an advice to use a claryfing shampoo or the ops color removal and now is worse than befor I have 2 tone hair roots brownish and black the rest totally disappointed 😔 just 5 star ⭐️ to being see it 😢 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Easy to apply, hard to rinse outThis is probably the easiest and best home hair color I've tried. However, even after using the "color lock shampoo", my hair feels very sticky and heavy afterwards. The next day when I use my regular shampoo my hair feels better. Also, the whole bottle is too much for me at one time just to touch up my roots. Beautiful colorThe color-gorgeous! My hair felt thick and healthy and shiny!!! BUT IT WAS TOO DARK. I COMPLAINED AND DID NOT GET REFUND even after I told them of fading color after first wash.
