OMG THE BEST !!!Why oh why did I not find this YEARS AGO? ! THIS IS THE PERFECT COLOR THAT DIDNT FRY MY HAIR, AND DOESNT SEEM TO BE GETTING DULL. I MUST SAY I LET IT SIT AND WAS SO SCARED TO TRY ( kicking myself now) reading the instructions thinking it CANT be this easy ! Also looking at the color thinking ohhh that's not going to work. But I have NEVER been more wrong. Somehow someone ( Courtney ) read all that I wrote and it was like she was HERE. Don't know how but I now have the BEST DANG HAIR COLOR I HAVE EVER HAD. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH IM NOT ASHAMED OF MY BEAUTIFUL HAIR COLOR NOW. I'M ALSO THANKFUL FOR THE AUTO SHIP, I CAN PICK WHEN I WANT IT SENT IN THE BEGINNING AND NEVER GIVE ANOTHER THOUGHT. brassyI was hoping for the grey ash color I chose but only got a darker brassy version of what I already had. Hadn't colored my hair in 12 years. Thought I'd give this a try. I'm not happy. It may work for those who need to cover grey. I don't. The product is good overall. Great LockIt shampoo and conditioner. Doesn't smell bad. first time userI used your custom hair color today. I didn't think it did any better at covering up my grays then a store box did. you really need to give more conditioner/w kits.
