Perfect matchThe color I chose was a perfect match to my hair!! And, while the root touch--up wasn't as easy as my aesthetician makes it look, it wasn't horrible either!! I rinsed it out, shampooed, conditioned, and was worried when it felt heavy and goopy--turns out I didn't get it all rinsed by leaning over the tub. Thank you, Callie C., for listening!I cannot thank you enough for helping with the mess I was left with after a salon hair coloring. The roots were not only the worst shade of orange, I have dark brown hair, but was left with the orange stain all around my face! (Supposedly one of the premier salons in my area.) I wasn't able to send a picture, but she listened to my concerns from online contact and honestly, was able to completely correct the coloring and give me back my normal brown hair.
