Personalised colourI am a U.K user of eSalon product. I have been using this product for nearly 2 years now so obviously am very happy with the results. The eSalon team got the colour match spot on to my natural colour. It also covers grey extremely well. I continue to use this product as I get the colour I want, the result I want (salon colour at a great price), at the price I want. The colour lasts longer than when I used to spend a fortune at the hairdressers. Even all the accompanying products are of excellent quality. My current hairdresser is also impressed by the quality of coverage. I am going to be trying the highlights (relatively new) in the next month or so! Can't decide if I picked my exact natural shade or if it didn't do anythingOn the positive side, my head isn't a funky color. I don't see a noticeable difference in my new color vs. what I started with, and it only did a so-so job on my grays. I have not only very thick individual hairs, I also have about 3X as much hair on my head as a normal person. Maybe I needed more product/more time to get better results. Color didn't stickSo I love everything about this service -the user-friendliness, the quick delivery, the price, the packaging, even the shampoo and conditioner for after-coloring- but the color I applied didn't take anywhere but my roots, so now I have reddish/copper roots and dark brown hair, which is a bit funky looking. Maybe it is because my hair has been dyed, or it was just too dark for what I wanted -since I followed the application instructions to a T- but the dye itself just didn't work for my hair. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. How can I give a review for a color when the package didn't even make it here?Nothing to review. Tracking said it was delivered and it wasn't. I have every intention of finding that package and I would appreciate any help from your end. Until then, discontinue my order.
