Didn’t cover my grays! :(I’m so disappointed! First of all the color is off, too orange & fake looking & secondly after very precise work & time spent covering every strand, my entire frame of my face did not take to the color & all of my grays are still there, it looks terrible. The darker colorIt didn’t darken my roots like the previous color I had. It tinted them but I could still see the line of what was grey, but as a light brown. DisappointedI loved the color, and the service but the grey coverage was super disappointing. Even with a stronger formula and longer process time my roots were visibly lighter in sunlight and grey was showing after 2 shampoos. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

I wanted to match my rootsI joined Esalon to get a professional opinion on matching my roots. I wanted to cover up the orange red blonde balayage that I previously had. I sent in pictures and the beautician messaged me what I would be receiving only! She didn't ask me more about what color I wanted, didn't send me pictures of the color I would be receiving. When I got the box I opened it and it was very nicely packaged so I went ahead and used the color. To my horror the dark brown made my hair black it did not match my roots and I did not color my roots because I wanted to see how big of a difference the color was. The color had to be three shades darker than my original hair color. There is no way I can bleach my hair to remove the hideous color, it'll be over processed and fall out. I have to live with this horrible color until it fades. I messaged the e salon team and told them what happened and I sent in pictures and the only thing they could say was We will credit your account. Do they honestly think I will use them ever again! I have more luck going to Sally's beauty supply store picking up my own color and doing my hair that way. Save your money and do it yourself at Sally's. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Product was very drying on my hair.Not exactly what I was expecting. I followed the directions to the "t". First of all the color did not cover my grey hair. I am only showing grey around the hairline, but it did not cover the grey. Second of all, my hair ended up Very dry and it broke. I was going to use the high light package that I purchased, but decided not to as my hair was breaking and very dry. Then I received notice that my next shipment was "on its way". I rec'd the message on a Saturday. I called immediately on Monday AM to cancel and was told my shipment was already on the way. I did not have sufficient time to cancel this shipment.
