Hasn't faded. Fantastic grey coverage. My bestie who's a stylist cannot believe my mail order color is better than her salon color! Great product!

I am totally blown away at how perfect my root color turned out! They matched the color perfect to my hair, and it completely covered my gray! Love.....love eSalon!

Been using custom color for about 9 months now and more than happy with the result and the service. I did think at first how can they get it right without seeing you in person but they do. The color they mixed perfectly suits my skin colour and leaves my hair in good condition. I've also had it adjusted to reduce brassiness. Love the colour and I've had lots of complements too. If you nervous about trying it, don't be. Take the plunge you won't look back

Your colorists really nailed it. No orange tones not too heavy and dark either. My perfect shade and It lasts a really long time. Thank you so much. I have recommended you to everyone I know. You guys rock.
