shampoo/conditionerHI, I know the packets you send for shampoo/conditioner are samples, but when washing the haircolor out of my hair there just isn't enough to make suds to really get all the hair color out. PerfectThe color combination was perfect. I had asked that a new shipment be sent in September due to me completely shattering my right elbow on May 14th and I am right-handed so it was going to be difficult to apply the color without the use of my right arm. I have not received any further kits since this shipment in June and it now November! I am still having issues with my right arm. Wrong color; fried hair; uncomfortable when applyingI am not happy with the product as it burns my head while coloring, and the color was much too dark, and my hair has not been the same texture since.
