E salon is Fabulous to work withAfter trying a couple times, first time they thought I did not leave on long enough and second time I still did not get proper gray coverage leaving it on longer. I called and my colorist listened to what I was looking for in color and wow they really got it right!!! Best Color ever previously I could only get the color I wanted spending over $100 at a salon. I was then paying less at other salons but my color was never right. I have 100% white hair and now my blonde color is so pretty with just the right amount of gold and the coverage is fantastic. Worth your money !!!I always like to try a new thing and when I find out about eSalon, I gave a try. What I like about most is that I can "make " my own shades of color and if l want to cover more gray hair I just make small changes in my profile , and new order comes the way I want. I received many complements about my hair color.
