I don’t recommendThis was way too complicated a process that took more than double the time of my regular hair color routine, and my roots and ends came out different colors! The kit should include at least two more sets of gloves for how often you have to stop, set a timer, and then keep going. Very disappointed. Going back to my tried and true brand. Still grayUpdate: I am now leaving it on for much longer and it is working better. It still doesn't cover as great as I would like, but it doesn't wash out as fast as store brands. Not "Custom Made"I wasn't happy at all with my recent hair color that i received. It was not the shade that I ordered and now I have red hair. I had originally ordered the light brown hair color which is also close to my natural hair color. I received the blonde color which defeated the purpose of why I was dying my hair since I was wanting to get rid of the blonde or at least cover it up. I don't understand the reasoning behind changing my chosen shade when it wasn't several shades away from where I was currently. I now have red hair which I really don't think would have been the end result if I had just received what I ordered in the first place. It also seemed like I had specified that i had gray in my hair which I have none and i specified that I did not have any as well. The hair color choice has no reasoning behind it and I definitely don't feel that it was anything close to "custom made" for me even though I answered all the questions correctly and truthfully.
