DisappointingI followed directions to the letter and must say I was disappointed by the results this time. My gray hair was covered but so was the rest of my hair which turned darker. The feel of my hair was coarse and very unmanageable. It's growing out and getting better since I trimmed it. Don't think I'll try that again. Initially looks good but..................The packaging, extra etc are all pretty good although the color it's self is very expensive. After 3 days the roots at the front of my head had come through. WOW!!!!!!I never write product reviews, but just had to share my experience with my custom color. I uploaded a picture of me with my favorite salon color and eSalon matched it perfectly!!!! I was quite nervous applying the color for the first time, but this color is an EXACT match to my picture and I love it! Plus, the cost is comparable to many of the drugstore box hair color and a heck of a lot cheaper than going to my stylist at the salon! Thank you, eSalon for finally developing a home hair coloring system that rivals the salon colors!!! I will never go back to the salon or buy drug store brand box color again! This stuff is great!!!! Beautiful and EasyThis color process is so easy. Because my hair is so long I need help to do my hair but so far it has been a breeze to do. My hair is too heavy to stay in just 4 sections so we divide it as we need to. This keeps the color from getting too much on the strands and stays on the roots. I Love it Best hair colour EverThis was so easy to use with all the helpful tips and advice! It was exactly the colour I had asked for and I loved it immediately.
