Great idea in theory...I compliment the company on their idea. However, trying to match my color on line just did not work. I am a red head by bottle and my colorist sent me a bottle of light brown with red highlights that did not cover my grey wisps. So, disappointed and depressed, I don't even want to look in the mirror. The products were good quality, my hair is soft, little to no bad smell. For $29.99 you would think they could throw in a small plastic trash bag? I am going back to my OTC color and save $10.
