Way too dark colorWhile this is easy to use, the color they sent me was just way too dark and now I will just have to wait a year or more to grow it all out. TURNED MY HAIR PITCH BLACK - MY HAIR IS RUINED!!!!!!!MY hair was medium brown maybe a bit lighter. I answered the questions stating I wanted to be lighter with golden tones. My kit arrived and I used it last night I didn't even leave it on the entire time. The total kit was on for 11 minutes - MY HAIR IS SO BLACK - PITCH BLACK. it is now Sunday and I have to find someone who can fix it. This is going to damage my hair, cost a crap load of money to fix. Not what I wanted or expectedThis is not what I wanted or expected. I wanted a more deep violet/purple tone, instead I got a very deep auburn tone, it almost looks brown in certain lighting. Although it does reflect the red tones in direct sunlight. This is really not what I was wanting or hoping for. I am pretty disappointed right now 😞 0 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
