Waste of time &moneyI've been coloring my hair for 20+ years. I've used boxed color, Sally's, & had it professionally done so I consider myself somewhat knowledgeable. Since we've all been on lockdown I took a chance on something new to me & it was the WORST color result I have ever had! I knew going in what color can & can't do. My first clue to what was to come should have been the 15 volume developer they included. Not even my current hairstylist uses that when I go darker. Color was supposed to end up an "ash" blonde. I was hoping to knock out this brassiness. My hair ended up redder than I started! I need a refund so I can get this professionally fixed. Buyer beware!! 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
