Without my consent!I’m giving this a 1 star. I tried communicating with the specialist about too much red in the color and never heard back for 2 months when an order showed up with a bill for $29. Custom but not perfectI do love the amount of color options available and that there are stylists that can make changes. Unfortunately, I have found that I have fading within the first week after dyeing and this dye can dry out my hair more than others. Also, my suggestions to the colorist are not always listened to when changes are made to my color. I have been coloring my hair both in a salon and at home for years and have legitimate insight that I would like taken into account.
