Not impressedI ordered a trial of one color and was not impressed. I purposely did not set up auto send because it is expensive and I did not know how I would like the product. However, someone in esalon changed my status to auto delivery. I do not want your product and would like for you to tell me how to return it for a refund. Not what I orderedI have been using eSalon color for a while and have been relatively satisfied. However, my last order was not what I wanted. I asked for the color to be changed from strawberry blonde (always a tad darker than what I consider blonde). I asked for a caramel blonde, but what I got is brown with reddish tones. Fool Proof ColorI was very impressed with eSalon. I was referred by a family member to just "try it out". Since I had been coloring my hair myself with products from Sally, I thought it couldn't be any different. I was very wrong. My color came out so much better and it looked natural. Before the first wash it was a little dark, but it lightened and it honestly looks like my natural hair color. I forget sometimes that I even dyed it. The coverage took out all of my greys and the color experts picked a shade that really accentuates my skin tone and eyes.
