Failed to deliverHi Esalon, This pack was missing a few things; 1. The extra set of gloves (pack only came with 1 pair), 2. The shampoo and conditioner. Somewhat UnspecactularI think e-salon is a great concept, and everything works, from the delivery (I like being able to choose the intervals), to the simple packaging and easy-to-follow instructions. Customer service is great as well. My first attempt was admittedly a bit clumsy, but I managed to get the job done. People who are sensitive to ammonia odours may want to take note that the smell of the developer is repulsive and overwhelming - do your mixing and application with a window open! The colour was in the right ball-park, but veered a bit too cool, so I requested an adjustment on my next order. Everything leading up to and including application has gone perfectly fine. My main issue is what has happened to my hair since starting with the e-salon product. Initially the colour looked fine, but the texture of my hair went downhill pretty quickly. It became dry, fly-away, straw-like, and any bounce or body that I formerly had is completely gone. My hair simply hangs there now, regardless of what products I use (discontinuing the e-salon shampoo & conditioner helped improve things a bit). Another issue I have had is the way the colour changes as it fades. I wouldn't mind if it simply became less intense - that's normal. But instead the gold undertones in my shade slowly change to a very peculiar shade of brassy orange. Not having used other home colouring products, I have no frame of reference as to how this would compare to others, but I'm not blown away. Colour is just so/so. During COVIDAll bad at home a disaster. Granted your site trying best. I asked for lighter but got darker. I asked for lighter. In the kit I got 3 gloves...? . The actual kit ok..just the color. My roots growing out lighter. No greys. And then trying to charge me again. NO WAY I talked with a colorist took pics of myself...asked for a shade lighter. A previous dye 4 months out not mine. I just wanted lighter like mine. Ok, I could have stripped the previous color but, growing out a short bob no issue. Got the shipment used as described. No change...actually darker. Texture the same. Schrecklicher Rotstich!Die von eSalon gesendete Farbe (mittelblond) wurde nach Anweisung aufgetragen und verwendet. Das Ergebnis ist schrecklich und ganz und gar nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Rotstich hat sich noch intensiviert. Offensichtlich sind der Farbe zuviele Rotpigmente zugegeben worden. Auch ist eine 20 %ige (=> 12%) Wasserstoffperoxid-Lösung für meine feines Haar viel zu viel. Dass es auch anders geht, sieht man an dem unteren Teil der Haare, die eine angenehme mittelblonde Farbe aufweisen und vom Friseur behandelt wurden. Besonders schwerwiegend ist, dass dies das zweite mal in Folge ist, dass das Ergebnis so schlecht ausfällt.
