Not sure what happened this time but not too happyI just got my second color done and I’m disappointed. I requested better coverage, which appears to be there but my hair was left like straw!! I have never had a color dry my hair this way. I also lost huge chunks of hair!! I don’t know if they used a different brand of color or what, but the soft shiny hair that I got the first time went the complete opposite this time. horrible deliverystill waiting on order from June 1, 2020. Also still waiting on order (replacement) from June 15, 2020. No tracking information available because the package has not been given to USPS yet!!!!!
