This was my first time using esalon. I have to say i was very nervous the entire time. When i got done and my hair dried i was pleasantly suprised. I love it!

I get compliments all the time on the color of my hair. It is so close to my natural color no one knows I color...not even my hair stylist. Easy to use and gentle on my hair too.

Overall I was satisfied with the product. Color was a little darker than I would have liked but everything else was great. My hair didn't feel all rough and dry after the process and was super shiny and soft

This is my second time doing my own color it's not as easy as one would think arms get tired but I was more confident this time.Its really hard to do roots in 10 to 15 min I was worried it would be on to long.If your not sure about anything at all the support team is just a phone call away.Go for it if I can do it anyone can.My color looks great thanks eSaon.

It worked out great not as violet as I would have liked but a little bit on the dark side. Bo I will continue with this one until my hair grows out. I'd you can make some changes to it to lighten it up for me that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
