COLORI want RED hair, I have expressed I want RED hair! instead I have dark, almost black with very little hints of RED. Only can see in extreme bright light! So far I am not happy at all. The first color I got wasn't much different. On the second order I spoke to them on the phone....... guess they didn't understand. I want to go from my natural med brown to RED. Ecstatic about this product!I explained how my hair tends to go red when using a dark blonde hair color. I waited for a while before I tried this product. I was so pleasantly surprised! My hair turned out exactly dark blonde so very close to my natural hair color. It covered the gray very well and left highlights too. Perfect!I have colored my hair for 40 years and became increasingly unhappy with the results. I started going to a salon, and after $150 down the drain was still getting brassy lifeless haircolor. Best hair color product ever !!I love this product, I've colored my hair for years, I used to do it myself but I had some bad experience with the coloring so I was having it professionally done but its cost to much. So I thought I would try your product and do it myself I was a little scared at first but I love the custom color you picked for me and it looks great.
