Excellent Customer Service!Had to cancel my next order & subscription due to unexpected allergic reaction to haircolor. I do have a sensitive scalp but thought this product would be ok. Called customer service & the CSR was extremely helpful & caring. Everything canceled w/o a fuss or hassle. I am disappointed as the products are extremely well crafted & my actual hair turned out very well. OMG!Ich bin sprachlos! In diesem Set ist alles, was man braucht um vernünftig färben zu können. 2 Paar Handschuhe (gute, keine Foliendinger), eine Schutzcreme für Haaransatz (und Ohren😉), sodass man die Kleckse gut abbekommt und Tücher zur Entfernung von Farbresten. Und natürlich die fantastische Farbe+ Shampoo und Conditioner! Mein Haar hat noch nie so geglänzt und der Schimmer in der Sonne 🌞 Eins plus, setzen😄 3 sur 3 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
