Not quite sure what went wrongCould have been user error? The shipping, packaging, instructions were all great. I tested a couple strands, the first time was orange, so the 2nd time, I left it on longer, and it turned out perfect. I put it on my whole head, and left it the same amount of time, and all the gray turned out orange. The only thing I specified in my order was not to be orange! Missing the brush to applyI had no idea that i was supposed to safe the applicator brush from my first purchase. The refill was disappointing because it is really difficult to apply without an applicator. I've just gone into your store to try and purchase one and they are all sold out. Nice product but results weren’t amazingI liked the product and the instructions were useful. However I didn’t get enough lift and now have more ginger tinged hair. Perhaps best to limit blonde colours for those already very light 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
