Super happy with colorI have to say, I was really scared to use this product but I am loving it! My favorite part was the personalized instructions which were very easy to follow and pinpointed exactly what I wanted to do. The color matched fantastically and everyone at work thought I had it done in a salon. Best duplication of my natural color ever!I've been to countless salons, used every retail hair color product made, and I've never seen such spot on duplication of my natural hair color. This product covers the gray, and unlike most red hair colors, doesn't look unnatural. I left for a while, but now I'm back! A little disappointedI've only tried the product once and was shocked when I was finished and carefully started to comb my hair out and a huge chuck of it came out, I had also used a leave in hair treatment that I use after every wash. I'm also surprised at how fast the color fades considering I use very expensive color treated shampoo & conditioner. All my grey is peaking through so I'm going to try the root touch up this one time and see what happens. Our color does not cause hair loss, but if you do not brush your hair, a physically involved process like dyeing can rinse out any shedded follicles that have built up over time. First UseI liked the fact that I didn't have to go out to get a decent hair color done on my hair. I liked that it was so easy that my husband helped me and didn't get it all over our bathroom. I liked the color when it was finished, so much so that the consultant at Clinique complemented me on the soft auburn shade when the light shined on my face.
