PerfectI sent in a pic and described the color I wanted and it was perfect! It was exactly what I described. It also felt very healthy afterwards. Will continue on with it. Great colorMy color was great, exactly what I was looking for. All the little extras included were nice. I used the bottle to do my color, next time I'll use the bowl. I colored my hair and left the bottle sitting on my vanity. Took a shower and when I got out, discovered the remnants in the bottle had oozed out on my vanity. Wow !I look love the colour and the fact that you can stop at anytime, no pressure, change delivery date and even get some one to chat about your perfect colour !! You get the personal touch with the packaging..it's easy to apply with wipes before the colour after the colour and 2 pairs of gloves 🧤 I've been dying my hair for 25 years and to have a colour mixed just for me is amazing..
