Greate Customer Service and ProductsI am so pleased with the wonderful customer service I receive with eSalon. The color I recently ordered for my roots wasn't quite as I had expected (too light), so I contacted the color specialist who sent out a darker shade, which is just right. Thank you for your great products and professional, prompt specialists. I also would like to add that this color does not seem to damage my hair, unlike in-salon color.
